Delete your Blend Loop data
Game: Blend Loop (Android) · Developer: AmoryDev · Contact: amory.dev@gmail.com
In the game (fastest)
- Open Blend Loop and tap the settings button on the home screen.
- Tap Privacy, then Delete my online data, and confirm.
This deletes at once:
- your leaderboard profile (nickname, avatar, country, highest level);
- your weekly race entries;
- your anonymous game account and this install’s Firebase and analytics ids.
Within 30 days we ask Google Analytics to delete your analytics data (Google removes it from reports within 72 hours and deletes it within about two months) and we delete our BigQuery copy. Crash reports are kept by Google for 90 days and then deleted. Your progress on the device is not touched.
By email (if you cannot open the game)
Email amory.dev@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and your support code (Settings → Privacy in the game shows it; tap it to copy the full code, then paste it). Within 30 days we delete the same data as above, ask Google Analytics to delete yours, and reply when it is done.
We cannot find your data from your nickname alone, because nicknames are not unique. Without the support code we can only delete what we can tie to your request.
What is kept, why and for how long
- Purchase records: if you bought something, our record of each purchase (product, dates, test or not, status, a one-way hash of the purchase token) stays until it expires, 13 months after the purchase or our last check of it. Deleting your data removes your account id, Google’s order number and the country from it, so it no longer identifies you; we keep the rest so a purchase cannot be used twice and refunds still match. Remove Ads and the starter pack can still be restored with the same Google account.
- Ads: what Google AdMob received (see the privacy policy) is held by Google under its own policy; we never receive your advertising ID. To stop it being linked to you, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s settings.
- Aggregated statistics (for example, how many players finished a level) do not contain your data.
